friendly staff spacious rooms convenient location great food

the staff were very friendly. the connecting rooms had a bunk bed for my children and they were very spacious. free beverages refreshed us daily. its location was great for access to needs. kids activities every monday were interesting. food was yummy at lido bar and kiri restaurant. beach access was also easy.

The area was a little busy. There was traffic at the front lobby and the drop-off area.

The hotel has very convenient location, nearby the beach and many shops. The staff were friendly. Win escorted me to my room and explained everything. Niagara, the pool boy, always served with a smile. I find this excellent service.

I noticed intermittent power on my last day. The AC stopped working, though some lights still functioned. I think this was because of work on the street.

i stayed in the beautiful double or twin room pool view. it had a large bed i did appreciate. the hotel provides beach towels and a beach bag, for daily beach visits. the location is very close to the beach only a short walk.

shower water pressure was low, that IS true.

perfect pool breakfast buffet helpful staff clean room

the pool was a perfect size for families. i found the breakfast buffet included various choices. the staff assisted us quickly (they were very friendly!). the room was very clean.

the hallways sometimes echoed, carrying noise.
